About Your Order

About Delivery

Deliveries will be made by Yamato Transport.
(Products marked as "free shipping" will be delivered by standard mail.)
Shipping is free for purchases of ¥5,500 (tax included) or more. For purchases less than ¥5,500 (tax included), a flat rate of ¥330 (tax included) will be charged nationwide.
Please note that shipping operations are closed on weekends and national holidays.

 

Additional Charges Beyond Product Price

・Payment fees (Cash on Delivery fee, bank/convenience store transfer fees)
If you choose cash on delivery, an additional cash on delivery fee of ¥330 (tax included) or more will apply.
For bank transfers, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

Customers who wish to receive a receipt, please write [Receipt requested] in the comments section during the order process.
Additionally, please include any specific instructions regarding the contents of the receipt.

 

About Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for products with initial defects or products that differ from your order.
In such cases, the customer must notify us by our designated method within one week of product arrival, and we will exchange it for a non-defective ordered product.
If the item is out of stock, we will process a return and refund.

We cannot accept returns without prior notification.
We will bear the full shipping cost.

As a general rule, initial defective products must be unused.

・Returns due to customer's convenience

For returns due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs from us and the return shipping costs.
